Hire, schedule and supervise housekeepers. Monitor and respond to fire and alarm safety systems.

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Laura Baker School campus consisting of office buildings and residential living spaces, as well as 5 community homes. Service and maintain all boilers, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits and heat pumps. Repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical problems and monitor and respond to fire safety systems.
